Ethics & Compliance Hotline

The Hotline applies only to individuals defined as ITA Officials under the ITA Code of Ethics, including:

• ITA Doping Control Officers directly contracted by the ITA
• ITA consultants and service providers acting in an official capacity
• Members of the ITA Foundation Board, Committees and Expert Groups
• Members of the ITA Therapeutic Use Exemption Committee
• ITA Ambassadors
• ITA Staff

Important:
Many DCOs and sample collection personnel working on ITA missions are not employed or contracted by the ITA directly. Misconduct by such individuals falls outside the ITA Code of Ethics. In such cases, the ITA may redirect the report to the appropriate organisation whenever possible.

Any concern relating to a suspected breach of the ITA Code of Ethics, including:

• harassment, discrimination or abuse of power
• conflicts of interest or undue influence
• bribery, corruption or improper advantages
• misuse of confidential information
• data protection concern
• safeguarding concern
• unethical behaviour by an ITA Official

This Hotline is not for anti-doping rule violations (ADRVs) or suspicious doping information.

Your Safety and Confidentiality

You may submit a report by disclosing your identity or choosing to remain anonymous. In all cases, your report will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
Every report is handled with care and discretion.
The ITA strictly prohibits retaliation against any good-faith reporter.

Anyone with knowledge of potential misconduct by ITA Officials can submit a report, including:

• ITA staff
• Athletes, athlete support personnel, or event organisers
• Anti-doping organisations
• Members of the public

You do not need to be an ITA Official to submit a report.
